• INGREDIENTS •
Handful of Kale
Handful of boysenberries
1 table spoon of 'Crawlers Cricket Flour' - buy from here
1/2 banana
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup pineapple
• METHOD •
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until fully blended.
Add extra coconut water to thin to desired consistency.
Blend a little more.
Garnish with mint or spinach leaf & shredded coconut
