Spinach, Tomato & Almond Cricket Pasta

This is a fantastically easy dish to make and pleases the whole family.
Add your own extras as you desire. Olives, feta and cucumber go perfectly in there too and make for a more Italian styled dish. Our pre made Cricket Pasta is an excellent way to get some extra protein and nutrients into your diet where there usually wouldn't be.

COOK TIME - 10 mins
• INGREDIENTS •
200g 'Crawlers Cricket Pasta' - buy from here
1 tomato
1 handful of baby spinach
1/2 red onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lemon juice
Almond flakes
• METHOD •
Cook and drain Pasta to directions on pack.
Allow to cool.
Finely dice the onion and tomato
Toss onion, tomato and spinach though cooked pasta.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
Season to taste.
Garnish with almond flakes.
